Sunriver is going daffy!
Fall is the time to plant daffodils that bloom in early spring. The SROA’s Owner Enrichment Committee is encouraging residents to plant daffodils to add a bit of cheerfulness in the spring after a long winter.
The SROA’s Owner Enrichment Committee (OEC) is selling a variety of Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm daffodil bulbs.
You can preorder in the range of a minimum of 20 to a maximum of 40 builds, each bulb costing $1. The bulbs are being sold at cost to the OEC at a savings to you of 33% compared to you ordering them directly from Wooden Shoe.
To order daffodils:
- Send an email to SunriverDaffodils@gmail.com with the number of bulbs you want, your name and physical Sunriver address. Payment is due by cash or check at the time of pick up.
- Pick up your order from 10 to 2 pm on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the SROA Administration parking lot.
- Owners will be able to pick from a variety of bulbs on a first come/first-serve basis. Printed
- instructions for planting will be included. If there are any remaining, the sale will continue until 2:30pm for residents that did not pre-order or if you want additional bulbs.
