Pantry Chef- Responsible for filling orders for appetizers, salads, soups, and desserts. Light cleaning, opening and closing, polishing, and dishwasher use is also part of this position. Prep and pastry experience is a plus but we are more than willing to train the right person. Creativity encouraged and strongly supported. Starting pay depends on experience and includes a share of tips as well. Help needed 3pm- close Tuesday through Saturday.
Grill Chef- Responsible for running the grill station in a fast-paced fine dining kitchen. Familiarity with grilling meats and/or working on the line is a huge plus for this position. Creativity encouraged and strongly supported. Great attention to detail and pride in plating is also a must. Willing to train the right person. Starting pay depends on experience and includes a share of tips as well. This position is full time 3pm-close Tuesday through Saturday.
