Formed in 2025 by the Central Oregon Chambers of Commerce and Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO), the Regional Business Alliance (RBA) serves as a unified voice for businesses across Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties.
The Alliance advocates pro-business policies that drive regional prosperity, champions infrastructure development, and ensures that the needs of local businesses are heard at the Oregon Capitol. The mission of the RBA is to advance a collaborative legislative agenda that supports a thriving business climate and promotes the economic vitality of Central Oregon.
By bringing together regional partners and policymakers, the Alliance provides a stronger, more coordinated approach to addressing the challenges and opportunities facing our communities.
Key to this work is the Central Oregon Legislative Caucus, established in 2025. Co-chaired by Rep. Vikki Breese-Iverson and Sen. Anthony Broadman, the Caucus includes legislators from across the region who are committed to advancing priorities in infrastructure, housing, economic development, and workforce development.
Their leadership helps ensure Central Oregon’s voice carries weight in statewide discussions that directly impact local businesses.
The Regional Business Alliance exists to elevate the priorities of businesses of every size and sector. By working collaboratively, we ensure that the unique needs of Central Oregon are recognized and addressed. Over the course of the summer, the Alliance has hosted nine roundtable meetings and engaged more than 100 business owners and community members in the tri-county area.
